ForgePulse is the public status page and support hub for the entire Forgeborn ecosystem. It monitors all Forgeborn services every 5 minutes, tracks 90 days of uptime history, and automatically detects and reports incidents when services go down.
Beyond status monitoring, ForgePulse includes an AI-powered support agent built on Claude Haiku with a custom knowledge base covering every Forgeborn product. Customers can ask questions about TorqueDesk integrations, TCGKungfu store setup, Loom gameplay, or any other product — and get instant, accurate answers without waiting for a human.
When the AI can't resolve an issue, customers can submit a support ticket directly from the same page. Tickets are tracked in a simple admin dashboard with status management and reply threading. One place for status checks, instant help, and human support when needed.
